Online Orders

If you encounter any errors or issues during your online order process you may contact us in several ways: please call 1-800-822-9524 x2 and we will take care of your order over the phone, use our convenient chat tool located on our website to connect with a customer representative, or send us an e-mail at customerservice@superiormachinetools.com. Please have your order number ready, if applicable.

 

In-store Order Pickup

Pickup orders are available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Orders may be picked up at 1301 Sunset Avenue Lansing, MI 48917. For same-day pickup, please allow 1-2 hours after order placement for order fulfillment. You will need to provide your order confirmation number upon pickup. 

Pickup orders will be held for 5 business days from the order date. If your order has not been picked up by the end of the 5th day your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Store credit will be re-issued as such. Orders that are cancelled due to non-pickup will have to be re-ordered and may lose any original discounts/promotions applied.

 

Shipping on Your UPS Account

Want us to ship your order using your UPS Account? During checkout, select "Ship on Customers Account" for the shipping method.  Enter your UPS account number and preferred shipping method in the order comments. If you select this shipping option and do not provide your UPS account number, we will not ship your order. 

For orders to Canada, we understand FedEx may be a preferred option. We will ship using your FedEx account. Select "ship on customrs account" during checkout and provide your FedEx account number and preferred shipping method in the order comments. 

 

International Shipments & Import Fees 

Superior Machine & Tool is not responsible for customs charges, import charges, or to know what fees may apply to your order. Buyers will be solely responsible to pay any additional fees when your order arrives and for arranging pickup with your local shipping office. Any items returned to Superior Machine & Tool due for unpaid fees or non-pickup will assume to be forfeited by the customer. If this occurs, your order will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine an appropriate course of action. Import charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country. Superior Machine & Tool or the international shipping service may manage the customs forms. Having issues with your international shipment? Payment, Pricing & Promotions 

We accept standard forms of payment including all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment by check is available. Order shipment may be delayed until payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need to create a supplier account for net terms please contact us at 1-800-822-9524 x1 or sales@superiormachinetools.com. 

 

Promotional Codes and Automatic Promotional offers are subject to change without notice. Promotions are subject to individual terms.

Updating Account Information 

To update account information, please go to Account at the top of the page and edit your information. For any help please contact us at 1-800-822-9524 x2 or customerservice@superiormachinetools.com

 

Viewing Orders 

Current and past orders may be viewed through the Customer Account. Please create an account and verify your contact information. Order confirmations will be sent immediately upon submission of your order on the website and tracking information will be provided via an automated e-mail once the order has shipped. If you are having issues finding your order, contact us at customerservice@superiormachinetools.com and we will assist you.
