Promotional Disclaimers (November 15-November 30, 2022 Online Promotion)
Account credit will be earned upon successful completion of an online order of $150 or more (excludes cost of shipping and/or other discounts and credits) during the promotional period (November 15 - November 30, 2022.) Only one (1) web account credit may be earned during the promotional period. Customer must have an existing online account or may create one upon checkout. Account credit will be added to the customer account within 1-2 business days of purchase. Credit must be used within 90 days or is subject to expire. Credit may not be applied to previous purchases. Account credit may only be redeemed on superiormachinetools.com and may not be used when placing orders through internal sales.

In-store Order Pickup
In-store pickup orders can be picked up at our warehouse, during our business hours Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm. Please bring the order confirmation with you. We will hold your order for 5 business days. If your order has not been picked up by the end of the 5th day your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Orders that are cancelled due to non-pickup will have to be re-ordered and may lose any original discounts/promos applied.

We accept all standard forms of payment including all major credit cards including American Express and PayPal. Shipping on Your UPS Account
Want us to ship your order using your own UPS Account #? You have several options to do this. You can use coupon code SHIPCUSTUPSACCT during checkout. This will provide you with free shipping. Place your UPS account number and preferred shipping method in order comments. If you use this code and do not provide your UPS account number, we will not ship your order. You can also select "pickup in store" during checkout and enter in your UPS Account # and preferred shipping method in the order comments. Lastly, you can select your preferred shipping method, pay for shipping charges, and let us know you prefer us ship on your UPS account in the order comments. We will refund the cost of shipping originally paid back your original form of payment.
International Shipments & Import Fees
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply to your order and to pay them. You will be responsible for any necessary customers, import fees, and taxes when your item arrives. These import charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country. Either your seller or their international shipping service will manage the customs forms.

Order confirmations will be send immediately upon submission of your order on the website and tracking information will be provided via an automated e-mail once the order has shipped.
