Please have your order number ready, if applicable.
In-store Order Pickup
Pickup orders are available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Orders may be picked up at 1301 Sunset Avenue Lansing, MI 48917. For same-day pickup, please allow 1-2 hours after order placement for order fulfillment. You will need to provide your order confirmation number upon pickup.
Pickup orders will be held for 5 business days from the order date. If your order has not been picked up by the end of the 5th day your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Store credit will be re-issued as such. Orders that are cancelled due to non-pickup will have to be re-ordered and may lose any original discounts/promotions applied.
Shipping on Your UPS Account
Want us to ship your order using your UPS Account? You have several options to do this. You can use coupon code SHIPCUSTUPSACCT during checkout. This will provide you with free shipping. Place your UPS account number and preferred shipping method in the order comments. If you use this code and do not provide your UPS account number, we will not ship your order. You can also select "pickup in store" during checkout and enter in your UPS Account # and preferred shipping method in the order comments. Lastly, you can select your preferred shipping method, pay for shipping charges, and let us know you prefer us ship on your UPS account in the order comments. We will refund the original cost of shipping back your original form of payment.
International Shipments & Import Fees
Superior Machine & Tool is not responsible for customs charges, import charges, or to know what fees may apply to your order. Buyers will be solely responsible to pay any additional fees when your order arrives and for arranging pickup with your local shipping office. Any items returned to Superior Machine & Tool due for unpaid fees or non-pickup will assume to be forfeited by the customer. If this occurs, your order will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine an appropriate course of action. Import charges are generally based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any taxes, duties, and fees added by your country. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept standard forms of payment including all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment by check is available. Order shipment may be delayed until payment is received unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need to create a supplier account for net terms please contact us at 1-800-822-9524 x1 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Promotional Codes and Automatic Promotional offers are subject to change without notice. Promotions are subject to individual terms.

Current and past orders may be viewed through the Customer Account. Please create an account and verify your contact information. Order confirmations will be sent immediately upon submission of your order on the website and tracking information will be provided via an automated e-mail once the order has shipped. If you are having issues finding your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
