Shipping & Delivery
Superior Machine & Tool ships daily Monday through Friday and orders placed by 4:00 pm will be shipped same-day. Shipping services are available to domestic and international customers. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We offer custom packaging and freight options for specialty items, large orders, or items weighing over 150lbs. Most orders are shipped UPS, but other carriers may be used for different regions at the sole discretion of Superior Machine & Tool. Customers may make a request to ship items on Customer account (using customer preferred vendor and by providing customer account number). To have items shipped using your customer account, contact us at customerservice@superiormachinetools.com. Orders that have already been packaged and shipped may be excluded from modifications to shipping services or carriers. Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Dock Hours of Superior Machine & Tool are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Alternative arrangements may be made only by request and prior approval by an authorized representative of Superior Machine & Tool, Inc.
Shipping on Your UPS Account
Want us to ship your order using your own UPS Account #? You have several options to do this. You can use coupon code SHIPCUSTUPSACCT during checkout. This will provide you with free shipping. Place your UPS account number and preferred shipping method in order comments. If you use this code and do not provide your UPS account number, we will not ship your order. You can also select "pickup in store" during checkout and enter in your UPS Account # and preferred shipping method in the order comments. Lastly, you can select your preferred shipping method, pay for shipping charges, and let us know you prefer us ship on your UPS account in the order comments. We will refund the cost of shipping originally paid back your original form of payment.
Returns & Replacements
Buy with Confidence - We offer full money back returns within 30 days of shipment. Refunds will be processed as store credit or to the original form of payment. We may also offer a replacement in lieu of the item being returned for a refund, or a promotional credit to be used on any item available on our website. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer, but Superior Machine & Tool will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refund requests received after the 30 day period may be accepted at the sole discretion of the Superior Machine & Tool.
